Our classes are in a beautiful beachside setting designed for the yoga beginner or those at an intermediate level.

Art and Wine
In a relaxed social setting, try your hand at painting with a glass of wine to bring out your creative side. Our award-winning artists lead you through the basic techniques of painting with templates to choose from and step-by- step instruction if you are feeling a bit lost.

Meditation
Studies show that meditation isn’t just calming, but that it can increase memory and awareness while decreasing stress and negative emotions. While it is true that mindfulness can be intimidating, there is no need to be worried in our classes.
