There is something in dancing for everyone. It increases confidence, strength, fitness, balance, coordination, memory and creativity.

you may have seen professional dancers and thought that you’d never dance like that, this is not the case. It isn’t a skill that is genetic, and with just a little bit of persistence and patience you can learn it.

Your age, shape or size does not matter here, as it is all about having fun.

Our experienced instructor will teach you the Latin favourites, the merengue and salsa in short easy steps.
